S. Manickadeepan joined Pondicherry Civil Service in the year 2011 and has served in various capacities, including Dy. Collector (Revenue) [South]; Dy. Collector (Revenue), Karaikal; Regional Administrator, Mahe; Joint Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Department; and Joint CEO, Puducherry Smart City Development Ltd. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

R Muthukumar, Assistant Commandant, joined Puducherry police in the year 1994 and rendered 27 years of service in various capacities... He is a multi disciplinary personality and holds M.Com, MA Police administration, MSc Yoga degrees and MSc in Cyber forensics. He completed counter insurgency and jungle warfare course from Assam Rifles and Commando course from Tamilnadu Commando School... He is awarded with Rajiv Gandhi Police medal for meritorious service...
