He is a field officer in public relation as SI and Inspector of Police with 27 years of service in Police Department. He completed his doctorate in Human Resource Management. he is multi-professional trained in POlice Commando in NSG, Manesar, Haryana(Sharp Shooting), IT trained at CERT in, New Delhi and founder of MITRA SOS mobile application in 2013, liaison officer and coordinator for IT projects in Police Department.
Kumaran holds a Masters degree in Commerce and twin Diplomas in Journalism & Mass Communication and Commercial Practice with over 27 years of experience with the Puducherry Government, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to build better public relations.
